Product Overview
Our new Limey line up of stocks are a variation of the our Leopard stock, that is in turn a variation of that certain amazing rifle from overseas. The name Limey is in reference to the name Americans gave to the British sailors and the need they had to add lime to their grog.
This is a real mix of design that is for certain going to drive any purist insane as we have taken elements from Gringos, Limeys, Krauts, Bohemians, and sometimes even the Reds.
This is a complete stock with all the components to drop in a Mauser small ring action (large ring coming soon), including a built in mag adapter to convert your rifle to 7.62*39 using either single stack AK or Cz 527 magazines. Please select the Magazine type you want during the order selection process. The AK magazine in our picture is a 10 round single stack, we think a 5 round single stack would look better and they are available.
Features include adjustable check rest and butt pad, a bipod module designed for UTG Flex recon2 bipods and the ability to mount POSP scope mounts for side saddle scopes. This give the advantage that you no longer have to fight the Mauser bolt handle to use a scope. If you would like one of our 3d carbon fiber printed scope mounts select that option. The all metal ones are not all that good unless they are machined from billet in the USA.
Mauser 7.62*39 conversions need a new extractor to work perfect. Use the old style Ruger M77 extractor from Numrich for the .223 . Please note the part numbers and suppliers change over the years, Numrich seems to be the only place that stocks these . Link Ruger/Mauser SR extractor
More Extractor info below, thats probably a Ruger part number
PLEASE NOTE 2. These stocks are only rated to 7,62*39 and marked for that. Do not take the caliber size past that.
